Isleworth Explorers Club run Holiday Playschemes throughtout the year.

Autumn Holiday dates are from Monday 24th October to Friday 28th October 2011

Isleworth Explorers Club Play scheme is for boys and girls aged between five and twelve years. The Club is open from 8:00a.m. - 6:00p.m. throughout the school holidays. Using our two minibuses we run out of centre trips every day including trips to places of local interest, museums, beaches, theme parks, leisure pools and lots more.

Before and after the trips the children have access to a quiet room, indoor football, all games consoles including the latest Wii and secure internet access in our computer room.

We have planned a wide ranging programme for your children, and it will help run it more smoothly if you can note the following points:-

• A place on any trip is only guaranteed when full payment is made.
  
  
• Please ensure that your child is checked in at the beginning of the end of the day and checked out at the end.
  
  
• Please ensure that your child is at the club before 9.15a.m as we leave for the longer trips by 9.30am. We will be unable to wait for late arrivals.
  
  
• If you have booked your child for an 8 or 9 am start please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early. If your collection time is 5 or 6pm please do not be more than 5 minutes late. A charge of £10 will be made if there is repeated failure to comply with the times booked.
  
  
• We will do our best to keep to the planned programme but may have to change it on the day if it is unsuitable due to weather or other causes.
  
  
• If appropriate sun cream should be applied before your children come to the Club.
  
  
• Swimming gear will be needed for some days and this will be shown on the programme. Please bring a packed lunch and drinks. It will be possible to eat at cafes on some of the trips. Please check with staff if you wish to use that facility.
  
  
• Due to past problems we do not allow the consumption of food or drinks in the minibuses. However we do allow children to drink bottled water. We recommend therefore that the children have plenty of water with them.
  
  
• Some of the places visited have gift shops and the children may like to buy items. We recommend that you provide some spending money. Staff are happy to look after spending money, and any medical requisites.
